This research proposal explores the concept of leadership in early childhood education, focusing on the challenges and opportunities faced by pedagogical leaders in Australia, New Zealand, and England. The study utilizes a qualitative approach, drawing on peer-reviewed articles and existing literature to examine the impact of leadership on various aspects of early childhood, including obesity prevention, cultural sensitivity, and professional development. The research aims to identify key leadership practices and strategies that contribute to a high-quality early childhood experience for all children.
