Effective leadership is crucial in every work
environments, and specially in those that includes high
pressure scenarios along with quick decision making.
Considering the fact that leadership has the potential to
encourage nurses to function as a team units, it can be
clearly understood that leadership is highly crucial.
Leadership is a key skill for nurses in order to provide the
best patient-cantered care.
In Private Hospital ward, leaderships traits are required
to provide high quality of care and bring faster growth.
This will improve patient satisfaction, promote the
collaborative practice and reduce the global burden of
disease.

employees as well as the leaders and periodic monitoring of
the same, evidence better leadership facilities (Carleton,
Barling and Trivisonno 2018).

In organisations plays an crucial role in shaping the
skills, knowledge and behaviour of leaders which
further reflected in the growth of the organisation. In
nursing practice, , nurses are required to take
decision making, delegate properly and resolve
conflict for providing the best quality of care to the
patients. Hence, in order to develop leadership skills
in nurse, they are required to follow procedures and
adhere to policies, develop Professionalism,
communications, emotional intelligence and critical
thinking.
One of the best leadership styles that can be
implemented in the nursing graduates is transformational
leadership style
The transformational leadership follows two specific
leadership such as Situational Theory and Behavioural
Theory.
These two theories mostly influence transformational
leadership since leaders encourage, inspire as well as
motivate workers to innovate as well as create change
that will help grow and shape the future success of the
company (Carleton, Barling and Trivisonno 2018).
