1LEADERSHIP Leadership can be considered to be a critical part of the organization and with respect to this, in order to identify the different Leadership skills which I possess, I undertook the Gallop test in order to figure out my strengths and to gain an understanding of the different aspects where I am performing well. As per the Gallop test, the five character traits which I attained were the traits of Communication, Arranger, Discipline, Competition and Responsibility. These characteristics reflected upon my overall personality as a leader and provided me with a clear picture with respect to my overall performance in the organization and also went a long way in helping me to gain an idea of the areas where I need to improve. After receiving the Gallop test, I was quite surprised by my results as the skills which I got are the exact skills which are required in a leader. Lastly, my fifth strength was identified as that of responsibility, in the context of which it can be mentioned that responsibility constitutes an efficient part of the leader and in this context, the organization must ensure that they are being able to fulfill all its responsibilities adequately (Northouse, 2018). Therefore, it can be stated that the five characters I received are adequate. 2LEADERSHIP rightfully mentioned that these skills are quite consistent in nature and aligns with my overall strengths as well as personality aspects. Hence, in the con text of the skills which I received and the five characters attained, it can be stated that till now I have been performing considerably well. However, there always lies a scope for improvement and in the future, I aim to improve my skills further and aim to ensure that, I am able to work upon my skills and attain success. Hence, for this objective, I will be ensuring that I attend various personality development classes, read books by eminent leaders and try to actively participate in various team activities so as to ensure that I am able to work upon these five characters and see to it that, I am able to excel in my field and become a better leader.
