Executive Summary
Leadership is the ability to meet any specific goal of the person that leads to the specified group
of people for the attainment of the organizational task. Leadership is an imperative part of an
organization as it was the most valuable concept of my life because it supports me for leading a
team and makes a favorable conclusion. It offers an opportunity to an individual for effectively
communicating with others and supports to get higher competitive benefits. Currently, I lead to
the 4 members of the operation department. This reflective section demonstrates my leadership
abilities and traits. For increasing the depth knowledge about my leadership, I practiced online
source wherein many feedbacks of people have been obtaining towards my skills as it would
offer an opportunity to the person to comprehend strengths and weakness of the firm. This
reflective reports could also support to comprehend the different methods that will be followed
by me to improve my weakness and reach the resalable conclusion. It could also support me in
improving my leadership skills. It could also be effective in the attainment of the organizational
task. I have also been able to critically examine my leadership styles as well as I am able to
evaluate my leadership skills and supports to improve my leadership skills.

Reflection
Leadership is processed by which an individual directly contact with the many individuals and
leads them accordingly. It will be effective for the attainment of the organizational task in limited
resources. I got many opportunities, as it could be associated with leadership as well I observed
that the leadership could be effective for reshaping my life and make a reliable decision. The
leadership skills could privilege to conduct appropriate behavior with the diverse culture of
individuals (Tyssen, Wald, and Spieth, 2014). It is examined that the group leader conferred
with many accountabilities that needed to attain (Wolfgramm, Flynn-Coleman, and Conroy,
2015). Moreover, it is examined that the team leader can plan an imperative role in the working
place to accomplish the aim and objective of the research matter (Pranesh, et al., 2017). A
leader of the firm could be able to develop trust between their workforces and research at a
reliable conclusion (Porter-O'Grady and Malloch, 2014). Currently, I work as a team leader in
the department of the operation. At that time, 4 people are worked in my under that could be
effective in making a reliable conclusion. At the time of leading my team member, I was able to
get higher competitive benefits. It is also evaluated that the team leader could make a reliable
position of the firm in its particular shareholder to obtain the competitive advantages. It is
evaluated that the team leader could also be responsible for communicating with others and
meeting the aim and objectives of the research issue. I considered different sources that are
considered by me to improve my existing skills and retain my position in the team such as read
newspaper, attended many conferences, and social media post. It could be effective for the
attainment of the organizational task in the available sources (Nonaka, Hirose, and Takeda,
2016). It is evaluated that such sources could be effective for both external as well as internal
shareholders of the organization. It could enhance the probabilities of getting higher competitive
