Introduction
The process of leadership as well as leading plays a crucial part in an organisation. The
aspect of leadership is fundamentally the process of inspiring and influencing the behaviour of
human through making it strive towards meeting organisational aspirations effectively. This
presentation includes critique leader behaviour like emotional intelligence, persuasion, vision,
negotiation, etc. for resolving organisational issues. The main aim is to demonstrate application as
well as understanding of strategies, skills, theories of negotiation.

Leadership skills
In context to negotiation, leadership skills are
generally used to have effective and better understanding of
the interests along with identifying ways for the purpose of
satisfying such interests. Effective leaders in negotiation
concentrates on appropriate understanding of interests as well
as recognising ways for fulfilling manpower's interest in order
to meet the goals and objectives of the organisation.

The chosen organisation provides a huge number of the products as well as services to the market
share and also has a powerful market-base. In relation to ASDA, the company was facing issue in the
gender pay gap which includes negotiation skills, different supermarkets manpower of the organisation
were suffering the issue of gender pay gap.

Negotiation styles
In relation to organizations, ethics play a very important
role in negotiation and generally include expectations of honesty,
fairness and equality. Negotiation process is often required in the
business and it is also significant for several professional settings.
In terms of organizations, there are different negotiation approaches
and styles. Different negotiation styles include:
 Collaborative
 Competitive
 Compromising

Persuasion skills
It is the ability to make a deliberate and reasonable
effort to influence one's behaviour, beliefs, or attitudes. It
basically involves reasoning, sharing feelings and
communicating information properly. Without it, a leader
cannot do his job effectively and efficiently. The basic
persuasion skills that enhance the quality of a leader are as
follows:-

Negotiation skills
These are the soft skills that includes the abilities such as
cooperation, planning, strategy, communication etc. If any person
want to become a mighty negotiator, they need to understand the
above skills first. Various types of negotiationare discussed below:

 Indirect negotiations

Conclusion
From the above report it can be conclude that leadership and leaders plays a very important
