 Leadership can be defined as ability of an
individual to guide others in order to accomplish
organizational as well as personnel goals inn
limited set of time.
 Along with this the present report will discuss
various type of leadership techniques that can be
used by them in order to guide their workers.

productivity of the firm in positive manner. Along
with this, employee motivation leads in enhancing

profitability.

there are various of motivating employees but
most common are in form of monetary and non-
monetary.
 So manger of the company should make use of
different strategies and techniques in order to
increase the employee motivation and productivity.

that company has to analyse internal and external
factor before launching new product in the market.
 Along with this, for dealing with business situation
it needs good leadership approach so that it can

their work then it works effectively. Along with this,
this type helps in solving issues related to

CONCLUSION
 From the presentation it can be concluded that in order to run the business the
effective leadership style need to be flowed by manager so that it can motivate
employees.
