According to these terms, leaders and managers in the companies play vita role to create work environment productive and positive.
They work together to motivate people and enhance their performance level.
The current presentation will be based on Sainsbury's, which falls under the category of leading supermarkets in the United Kingdom.
The study will explain content and process motivation theories, and application of performance management approaches.
It will define leadership & management approaches and concepts, including their role in supporting performance.
Lastly, the report will specify development of motivational strategy for supermarket that supports optimal achievement of business
objectives.

Vroom expectancy is the best motivation theory that help leader and manager to boost the morale and performance level of all candidates
