Self awareness is psychological concept to become focused, this not only help person to become more active but self awareness also allow person to explore those areas of opportunity in professional career. When a person want to become leader, then they need to develop self-awareness ability to identify their own strength and weakness. Every successful leader first develop themselves and others. Management capabilities:person who tend to develop self-awareness in career development process have chances to increase their capabilities, both personal and management. Every person tend to have employability skills which need management capabilities, when a person tend to develop self-awareness, then they can increase their management capabilities, these capabilities include; effective management of employee and their performance, management of workplace performance and management of resources. Identifying 3 topics and discussing them: Emotional intelligence:emotional intelligence is effective tool used by every successful manager who tend to manage business organization and people with emotional touch. This allow manager to reach people with emotion and connecting with them to understand and demonstrate their need and motivation (Serrat, 2017). Self management:self management means ability to control feelings and behaviour, this help person to stay concentrated (Sainz, Ferrero and Ugidos, 2019). Every manager knows that if they able to manage their behaviour and action in the workplace then they can become more effective. Self awareness:self awareness means understanding personal emotion which influence the action of a person, when manager decide to use emotional intelligence as their way of managing people and organization then they have to be self-aware. They sometimes provide feedback to manager which become very valuable and help them to improve their performance, these external stakeholder have high value because they do not mainly provide feedback on regular basis, but they rather provide feedback when needed. This increase the value of feedback, manager to tend to deal in external business environment expect external stakeholder to provide them feedback according to their performance. Conclusion of own attitudes towards self-awareness: Self-awareness allow person to become more self reliable and effective, this is one of the most crucial part for career development process. I believe self-awareness process help person to understand the path and remain stable, as per me this not only help a person to stay stable in the path to successful career but this also allow person to become proactive in their life. The process of career development need fuel of self-awareness, without this fuel a person cannot process further. Self-awareness help me in career development and success process, this allows me to mark those strengths and weakness which push me to become more capable in career process. I believe there are certain benefits of self-awareness, these are: Leadership abilities:I believe leadership skills and ability can be developed through self- awareness process, it is very clear that every leader is self-aware which allow them to be more effective than others. As per me, person can develop various leadership skills and ability to lead themselves in path of career. Empathy for others:when a person become more self-aware, then their empathy tend to increase for others. Increasing empathy is one of the most beneficial thing for employee mainly who are at high post. Being empathic allow me to become more disciplined and manner ful in addressing others. I believe, is crucial part in employability skills which allow person ton create a sense of togetherness in the workplace.
PART-B Strengths: while dealing with a particular criteria there is a strength which is oriented in order to make sure that the definition of self-awareness is being particularly picturized over the behaviour and attributes that are brought forth with different aspects. The strengths that are being portrayed with respect to my knowledge in order to make sure that a particular aspect is properly developed is to enhance leadership. This will stand as one of the biggest strengths of mine that will develop self-awareness regarding the situations that are being portrayed over and over again with respect to dealing with the professional career. This seems to be one of the weak points where I will have to move ahead in terms of accepting things on an emotional basis and that with regard to business it is one of the major attributes. Self-management will have to be portrayed in such a way that will help people to understand and control feelings that will not stand as a barrier for others to move ahead. In this regard my entire weakness was revolving around the self-management issues where I lost the capability of dealing with the performance of workplace. A behaviour that is more effective in a workplace would eventually result in success that are most often seen in an organisation. Emotional intelligence will have to be fortified at all levels because these skills are the managerial skills which every individual will have to highlight irrespective of the field that I am usually working. The right type of skills that I have gained and acknowledged in regard to driving across the challenges that are mostly prone to the job analysis are as follows: Soft skills and hard skills: it is a fact that the soft skills and hard skills will determine the standard of a person and how far the quality of an individual in order to seek the challenges would eventually like regardless of what a position he or she is in. Interpersonal skills: the interpersonal skills are one of the major skills that will help me to identify the standards of other employees and will also help me to interact with them. This interaction and engagement with respect to other employees is important because in a workplace a team work will have to be fortified. With the prospect of developing interpersonal skills I can Trump over other skills that are depicted by employees and can evaluate the ideologies during the interview processes that help me to strive across the sector that I am trying to enter. As a part of this emotional intelligence and self-awareness are necessary to be inculcated and this will have to be posted at all levels. Positive attitude: a kind of positive attitude is extremely valuable and is also important in order to deal with the challenging circumstances. I have developed a positive attitude and the skill will help me to stand resilient towards the factors that often bring about a contribution to extract my working life. There will be certain challenges at workplace with which can be one over positive attitude and this can also help things to be able to move ahead with adaptability (Seifert and Feliks, 2019). Teamwork:be it any organisation or any sector teamwork is important in order to make sure that the employees are working together for the growth of the organisation and also to shape the Careers individually. The team work will help me to indicate the ability to construct strategies that are necessary for moving ahead in terms of growth prospects of the organisation. Building teamwork will also bring about an effectiveness towards the workplace ethics and that will deal with the other areas of growth eventually. Technical skills: technical skills are important in order to make sure that a proper career is being attained with respect to organisational growth. I was able to deal with my technical skills in such a way that brought about an experience towards the entire industry and also the implications that are included in it. The implementations are highly effective and are also necessary for the organisation in order to stay unique. By attaining technical skills I am not able to deal with the specific tasks and targets that are oriented with the organisation (Prodanova and et.al, 2019). With these technical skills I can be able to strive across various opportunities that will help me to uplift my standards to a very next level and will also give me a wonderful working experience. PART-C: AREAS FOR DEVELOPMENT Upon considering all these criteria the areas of development that would probably be one of the necessities in my regard are as follows: Developing emotional intelligence: this is regarded to be one of the areas of improvement where i will have to stress upon because it is necessary to identify the challenges at a workplace that will have to be dealt on a strong emphasis.
