Leadership Is the quality that person had inside with in them no one teach person that
how to lead a team, it is inbuilt with in the person. This includes the understanding of
employees mindset and interest within the operation and other activity. It is being evaluated
that the good leader creates a perfect team and motivate them to give there level best with in
the company they have also a quality of treating every employee equally that makes them feel
satisfied with the job and increase the sustainability. The leaders are responsible for managing

goal. This report is based on the soft company, in which joan Pearson is previously working as
a head of production department . As she is new for this field she is facing a lot of issues in
leading a team that leads in demotivation of employees. Thus the report will assist them in
