Leadership Models in Future Health Profession

This paper analyses three different leadership models and their utilisation in improving future practices and leadership in the health profession. The paper starts with a personal story offering personal insight and then critically analyses the behavioural values of leadership. The three models discussed are SCARF model, Belbin Team Roles and Covey’s Habit of Effective People.
