This research paper aims to discuss the impact of leadership motivation within the retail industry of the UK, important factors used to motivate employees, relational analysis of miscommunication among employees, and participant's response about the leadership concept and motivational flow. The methodology used is the Saunders research onion framework, with a positivism philosophy, deductive approach, survey strategy, cross-sectional time horizon, primary data collection through closed-ended questionnaire and interview, and random sampling technique with a sample size of 100 participants. Ethical considerations include respect for autonomy, privacy, and dignity of individuals and communities, scientific integrity, social responsibility, and maximizing benefit and minimizing harm.
