INTRODUCTION
Leadership is the activity in business or management of company set in order to achieve
challenging goals, taken fast actions when required, beat the competition and inspire other

effectively and taking measurable steps. The report will state job roles and understanding
between strategic management and leadership and its importance for the employees. Further
justification of leadership with trails, contingency and behaviour will be justified along with
leadership theory and its application for organizational strategy. being effective leader in
situations such as number of projects along with enormous disputes in the organization will be
addressed. Further the study will develop plan for transforming situation into opportunity by
using effective ways and further in technology and globalized area situations will be addressed
when organization require leadership.

leadership
The relation between the leadership and management where the manager are filled with
lot of objectives and responsibilities and cannot easier tackle through an single attitude in today’s
critical marketplace. Yes leaders are not restricted to their job role only, they work as connection
between strategic management and leadership. They are the responsible person who are the
middle point of employees and higher authorities. They have to make connection with staff and
also have to ensure that organisational goal can get fulfilled. manger understanding the markets,
competitors, supplies, price, government, distributors, shareholders and creditors & the consumer
at worldwide. its vision and mission statement & enable successful execution for business and its
activities. Where the strategic management is link to leadership for an specific objective, policies
and aside resource that ensure for an successful execution of an strategies. the leaders and ability
for best utilize of capability and skills. It includes efficient use of a resource for solve the
problem. Hence such relationship between the management and the leader by use of different
leadership style which make the best of the employees to help the company successes (Cashman,
2017).

employee. Leader are actively persistent in the activities and showing the initiative. Desire to
lead- Leader have powerful desire to motivate the employee to work with full confident and
make them to achieve an goal of the organisation anyhow and lead other. Leader have an interest
or willing to take the responsibility (Conger, 2015). Integrity and Honesty- Leadership built
relationship among the themselves and the employees by being an truthful and showing huge
consistency between the deeds and word. Intelligence- Leaders are enough intelligent to gather,
interpret and try to solve out the issues and make the correct decision to implement.
