Two Business leaders located in the Saudi Arabia
It can be said that leaders focuses on managing the overall activities of the business. It is
important for the leader to possess the overall qualities so that positive outcome can be attained.
Therefore, in this report, the focus is given on two leaders who are Mohamed Al-Mady and
Abdulrahman Al Fadley.
One of the famous leaders is Mohamed Al-Mady. He is one of the chairmen of the Saudi
Arabian Fertilizer Company and also he received the award of international petrochemical
heritage award. The leadership quality which is liked by me is related to creativity. It can be
stated that this leader is one of the creative leader as he thinks and manages the overall activities
effectively. The leader possess critical thinking as it can be analyzed that with proper thinking
and managerial power the production of the company has been enhanced (Goffee & Jones,
2015). The employees are also happy by the decisions which were taken by him in the business.
He also focuses on the ideas given by others which is one of the best quality of him liked by me.
It can be seen that a leader can be considered as best when he or she listens and take
opinion from their employees (Nei, Foster, Ness & Nei, 2018).The impact which the leader has
in his organization is that the employees are influenced by him that has given positive impact on
the overall working of the company. The success is related with the influential attitude of the
leader which has also motivated by the employees to give their best towards the organizational
activities. The leader also focuses more on technology and innovation. It can be seen that
technology can help to achieve success and can also help to attain the competitive advantage
prevailing in the market (Cronin, 2018).
The background of Mohamed Al Mady is related with the engineering which is done by
him from the University of Wyoming, USA. He is also known as one of the third most influential
person in the global chemical sector by London based industry magazine (Cronin, 2018). He
developed the skills to be a business leader by analyzing the issues which are taking place in the
workplace. It is necessary to have the problem solving skill so that it can be easy to accomplish
goals and objectives in the workplace.
