INTRODUCTION
Leadership involves the suitable course of manner for creating an efficient decisions and
making an effective goals to set up managerial clear set of visions and missions. As it is helpful
in accomplishing orientated field of the targets and offering manner of skills and sense of
knowledge with essential terms in the field of the area. As there are a sort of skills and abilities
that an efficient leader should have like self confidence, strong term of communication and
organisational abilities, innovative thinking sections, persistence in the manner of the failure
sections, willing to take risks and many more (Abe, and Abe, 2021). The management consider
in this report it Google. It was established by Larry Page and Sergey Brin in the year of 1998.
The following report involves the leadership style and models and the impact of leadership on
organisational culture and diversity management.

Inclusive leadership – The skills and abilities to control and lead to an assorted team of
individuals effectively for maintaining the dealings in a bias free manner. It is an authentic
leadership style that will lead to an orientated section that are based on sex, caste and other
protected aspects that permits to individuals to feel appreciated for an effective outcome. As
according to the Peter F Drucker, “management is doing the things right, leadership is doing the
right things”. As in relation to the Google, the company follows various suitable course of
leadership style that are as follows - Autocratic Style – As it is also termed as authoritarian leadership style that has sort of
advantages and sort of weaknesses. It will allows the small section of individuals with no
stimulation among team associates as effectively and efficiently (Acosta, 2021). It want
leaders to develop the manner of decisions and plan of actions in terms of business
success. The management of Google, will help their individuals to set their tendencies for
developing high term of structures and an effective surrounding in business.

2. High employee turnover Authoritative Style – In the manner of the authoritative style, the authoritative leaders

authoritative leaders share their success with their group members while maintaining the
dealings in business.

training sessions for their workers and evaluate them to surpass with minimum term of
organisation (Charteris, Smardon, and Kemmis, 2021). It will measure the various
sections in which the executives will set approaches for the group and having broad term
of demands with high strength level towards their roles and responsibilities as effectively.

encouragement. It will refers to the “individual orientated leadership style” in the
business of management that tends to follow an effective set of sections of efficiency,

the team orientated leadership style for managing their functions and operations as
effectively. Authoritarian leadership – Authoritarian leadership style will also known as the
autocratic leadership style that are termed as goals oriented style that have low manner of
chances in cooperative divisions for making the decision. As there are sort of executives

who supports their workers in the manner to retaining the control on the unit by
encouraging them with their guidance and penalties. In context to the Google, the
management is highly structured that develops their decisions as independently. It utilise
the manner of rules and penalties to encourage. Leadership with a Democratic Model – It will termed as the leadership style that
involves final decision making terms. It will involves varied group members in creating
the decisions making procedure (James Relly, 2021). In this sort of leadership, it offers
the employees to present their qualities and skills by which they contribute in decision
making procedure. It will provide group members a job satisfaction and an effective
outcome with higher term of productivity. As it will include generally an efficient manner
to create decisions on quick basis in the business of management.
 Leadership with Bureaucratic leadership – It will termed as a suitable set of manner that
are relevant for the small scale and large scale of business. As there is risk in terms of the
safety that are suitably get adapted in management. In this leaders make certain set of the
tasks and projects with an adequate term of applications to accomplish the targets and
goals as effectively and efficiently.

Assess the impact of leadership on organisational culture and diversity management
Leadership plays an important role in the organisation it helps in enhancing the services
of the business in the marketplace. Leaders helps in guiding the employees in the business so that
more profit can be earned. Leaders create proper management in the organisation so that proper
organisational culture can be maintained.
 Culture of the business helps in effective decision making which further helps in
achieving the goals of the business in the marketplace. Changes in the business can take
place to ensure the long term survival in the organisation because of which company due
to which leaders have to train its employees accordingly so that employees cannot get
affected with the change which is taking place in the business (Novak, 2021). Providing
the proper guidance to the employees helps in increasing the overall performance of the
business so that more revenue can be generated in the business. If the business will not
achieve its goals then it can affect the goodwill of the company in the marketplace.

Leaders should maintain healthy communication with the employees so that chances of
conflicts can be avoided in the business.
 Diversity management is basically a process which helps in maintaining the positive
working environment in the business so that business can achieve its goals effectively in
the marketplace. For maintaining a diversity management Leaders have to treat their team
members equally in the business so that capacity of the employees can be increased they
should also create transparent policies in the business so that management can be
developed (Nusran, 2021). Training the employees as per their strength and weakness
helps increasing the growth chances of the business in the economy. There are various
policies which is formed by the leaders of the business on the basis of which various task
are performed. Diversity management helps in developing better connection between the
employer and the employee which further helps in developing the innovation in the
business. Google is one of the top multinational company due to which it has well skilled
employees in the business.
 It provides various innovative services to the customers due to which its demand in the
market is more as compared to other organisation. Leaders of google provides equal
opportunities to their employees which motivates them to work more effectively in the
business. Involving the employees in the decision making helps in developing innovative
ideas in the business due to which productivity of the business will also get enhanced if
the leaders will not motivate their employees in the business then it can affect the
creativity of the employees which can develop loss for the business (Rogers, 2021).
Managing the employees in the business is important for the survival of the business
because employees are the one who helps in increasing the profit of the company in the
marketplace they helps in developing the services of the company so that competitive
advantage can be gained and demand of the business can also be increased in the
marketplace.

CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it has been concluded that, the leaders of google offers a
similar term of chances to their workers that will encourage them to work as more efficiently in
the management. By engaging sort of the workers in the decision making it will supports in
creating a creative field of the perspective in the management by which they can increase their
profitability and productivity of the management that will also enhanced them. Sort of the
leaders who will not encouraged their employees in the management then it can affect the
creativity of the workers that will create loss in the management.
