INTRODUCTION
Leadership involves the suitable course of manner for creating an efficient decisions and
making an effective goals to set up managerial clear set of visions and missions. As it is helpful
in accomplishing orientated field of the targets and offering manner of skills and sense of
knowledge with essential terms in the field of the area. As there are a sort of skills and abilities
that an efficient leader should have like self confidence, strong term of communication and
organisational abilities, innovative thinking sections, persistence in the manner of the failure

in this report it Google. It was established by Larry Page and Sergey Brin in the year of 1998.
The following report involves the leadership style and models and the impact of leadership on
organisational culture and diversity management.

Evaluate a range of inclusive leadership styles and models
Inclusive leadership – The skills and abilities to control and lead to an assorted team of
individuals effectively for maintaining the dealings in a bias free manner. It is an authentic
leadership style that will lead to an orientated section that are based on sex, caste and other
protected aspects that permits to individuals to feel appreciated for an effective outcome. As
according to the Peter F Drucker, “management is doing the things right, leadership is doing the
right things”. As in relation to the Google, the company follows various suitable course of
leadership style that are as follows -
Autocratic Style – As it is also termed as authoritarian leadership style that has sort of
advantages and sort of weaknesses. It will allows the small section of individuals with no
stimulation among team associates as effectively and efficiently (Acosta, 2021). It want
leaders to develop the manner of decisions and plan of actions in terms of business
success. The management of Google, will help their individuals to set their tendencies for
developing high term of structures and an effective surrounding in business.

1. High term of absenteeism
2. High employee turnover
Authoritative Style – In the manner of the authoritative style, the authoritative leaders
will lead their group with high term of representation and motivation towards their
orientated targets (Allioui, Habba, and El Azizi, 2021). They are also termed as the
support system of their workers in the business of management. In context to the Google,
authoritative leaders share their success with their group members while maintaining the
dealings in business.

1. Authoritative executives carry clearness and transparency.
2. Authoritative executives offers guidance and mission to their employees.
Drawbacks -
1. Authoritative executives might have dominating behaviour.
2. Authoritative executives should possess their faults.
Pacesetting Style – Pacesetting is the manner of leadership when an individual lead the
management with front sector of office, and continuously set their high performance
training sessions for their workers and evaluate them to surpass with minimum term of
organisation (Charteris, Smardon, and Kemmis, 2021). It will measure the various
sections in which the executives will set approaches for the group and having broad term
of demands with high strength level towards their roles and responsibilities as effectively.

1. Task becomes continual and boring.

Democratic Style - Democratic leadership will also termed as the participative leadership
or mutual leadership that will permits equivalent manner of involvement of individuals in
