INTRODUCTION
The term leadership is a capability to influence group of people and motivate other
people in business organizations to accomplish their goals and objectives (Abasilim, Gberevbie
and Osibanjo, 2019). To be an effective leadership in business organization their vision, mission
and objectives towards accomplished in particular systematic manner and creating a planning to
secure resources to improving their errors. For this assessment, selected organization is Tesco is
a British multinational retailer which is given number of goods and services to its customers and
it includes a food product, clothing product and many others. This report covers leadership styles
and models focus on theorist and different leadership styles understand their leadership theory
style, application different situation, how they can impact their organizational performance and
business practices and also impact their organizational culture and diversity management for
their business organization.
MAIN BODY
Leadership styles and models
Leadership style should be determined that they can provide a direction and
implementing their plans for a leaders to accomplish their goals and objectives and motivate to
other people in the business organization. It should be consist of various styles such as
authoritarian, participative, democratic, Laissez-faire and many more.
Autocratic leadership style: A leader who adopts this type of styles it could be
determined that there are various policies and procedures are direct their work towards
accomplish their goals and objective without looking for anything for input from them. It would
be expected that complete their task under supervision and less creativity for their leadership
styles (Bean and Migliore, 2021). This leadership style makes decisions on behalf of
subordinates and what is to be done but also how those tasks should be accomplished. In case of
Tesco, leaders are extremely task oriented with low interest the collaborative decision making
there are full control over their team in motivating teams to the rules and regulations according to
