Analysing Leadership Styles' Impact on HR Management at Tesla

This research project investigates the impact of various leadership styles on Human Resource (HR) management practices, with a specific focus on Tesla. The study begins with an introduction to the research background, highlighting the importance of leadership in organizations. It then reviews existing literature on different leadership styles and their effects on HR management, including transformational leadership, which Tesla employs. The project identifies challenges faced by Tesla in managing its HR, such as controversies related to discrimination and workplace safety. The research methodology employs a positivism research philosophy and a deductive approach, utilizing quantitative research through surveys to gather data. The findings are presented through frequency data analysis and interpretations, culminating in conclusions and recommendations for improving HR management practices through effective leadership. The research uses questionnaires to collect data and provides a detailed analysis of leadership's role in enhancing employee performance and organizational sustainability.
