This research investigates the influence of leadership styles on organizational performance, specifically examining the impact of transformational, transactional, autocratic, and laissez-faire leadership styles. The study aims to provide insights into the relationship between leadership styles and organizational performance. The literature review suggests that autocratic leadership style can have a positive impact on crisis management, while laissez-faire leadership style can promote innovation and creativity.
