INTRODUCTION
Leadership involves leading the employees in order to perform the task in the
organization. It is the capability of a person or a group of person to influence their followers so,
they can perform efficiently. The leadership plays an important role in contributing towards the
success of the businesses. A good leader motivates their followers which results in increasing the
productivity of the employees while performing the task in the company. This report will
illustrate the concept of leadership. Along with this, it also describes, the role of leadership in the
success of the organization.

acceptance of the diversities.?
Role modelling involves that person who acts as a guider for the number of people and people
take that person as their ideal. For example: if the leader is confident and showing faith then his
followers will also do the same. Effective communication refers to flow of communication in
good manner without facing any barrier. An effective communication results in solving of doubts
in the mind of the people and helps in increasing the confidence.
2. How improvement in the organizational culture is supported?
Organizational culture refers to the way of behaving in the organization, it can be supported
through implementing the effective chain of communication between the member working in the
organization. A good leader is accountable for establishing the communication chain in the
company.
3. What are the sources from where leaders found the information regarding the global market &
new technology?
R&D department of the company is responsible for providing the information regarding the new
technology in the market along with the status of the global market. The leaders gain the
information with the help of this department.

4. Why it is important for leaders to have clear understanding regarding the effective
organizational change management?
The organizational change management acts as the business driven component. It helps in
adopting the changes taking place in the business environmental. In order to increase the
flexibility of the company and preparing for the upcoming changes, the leaders must understand
the organizational change management.

international market. It will affect the operations and staffing requirement of the company.
How will the leaders of the organisation influence stakeholders for accepting this change?
In order to take the favour of the stakeholders, the leaders will communicate the complete
strategy in front of them. All the profits which will be gain by the company through this change
will be discussed with the stakeholders. Communication is the key element for expressing the
thoughts and motivating the people.

The risk management helps in decreasing the level of risk that can arise during the achievement
of the organizational goal. The leaders are accountable for addressing the risk. The complete
analysation of the risk has been done by the leaders during the planning cycle. In order to
mitigate the risk, the leaders continuously monitors the business and evaluates the types of risk
can arise during each step of the business.
7. How leaders makes sure that the organization is presenting positively in front of the media and
society?
The leaders are accountable for managing the image of the company in front of the public. An
efficient image of the organization helps in increasing the market share in the favour of the
organization. The leaders ensure that all the social values and ethics has been performed by the
organization. Performing CSR has been the major goal in order to maintain a good image in the
market.

The team leader performs all the functions related to directing and managing the employees. The
leaders decide “what task will be performed by whom”. Leader plays an important role in
assigning the responsibilities to the employees. Leaders are aware of the skill and talent of the
workers, according to that, the task has been given to each individual. It is the boss who decides
the accountability of each individual. Accountability refers to taking responsibilities at your own.
For example: if an individual does not complete the task on given time then, the person is itself
responsible for this. The leaders decide the accountability of each individual.
2. Describe how business ethics related to the leadership behaviour?
Business ethics plays an important role in the leadership behaviour. Performing business values
by the leader results in creating an ideal image of the leaders. It helps in increasing the reputation
and creditability of the organization. Utilizing leadership skills in order to implement the
business ethics leads to generating an effective team culture in the organization The leadership
behaviour involves all the values and morals related to the people. And the business ethics
involves the same things. Leadership and ethics both of these behaves according to the set of
principles defines for them. The guidelines have been set for both the concept in order to make
them more effective.
3. Describe any four types of leadership and their implementation in a particular situation?
The four types or leadership are:
Autocratic- It involves that leadership under which all the decision are taken by the leader itself.
There is no opinion has been taken by the employee in the decision-making policy. This
leadership fits in that situation where he firm has to take big decision regarding arranging the
funds.
Democratic- This form of leadership involves the people in the decision-making. It is suitable
for those organizations who focus on the values of the employees and motivates them to perform
more.

Free rein- it involves giving power to subordinates for taking small decision in relation of their
task. This leadership is suitable for the large firms as under that, there are many projects has been
done by the employees. Giving them enough power to take decision will beneficial for them.
Paternalistic- It involves the family behaviour pattern between the leaders and the employees.
This is suitable for that organization who are highly flexible in terms of making decision and
performing task.
4. Explain how good leaders participates in the personal and professional development?
The term leadership refers to the influencing. It means, the leaders are the influencers. They
influence their people in order to develop them. A good leader is just not limited to look upon the
aspects of the workplace. Along with this, the leader also focuses on the personal development of
their employees. In terms of professional development, leaders directs and guides there
employees about performing at the workplace. On the other hand, in terms of personal
development, leaders motivates their workers by implementing effective communication. A good
leadership results in the overall development of the people in the organization.
5. How industry & professional network are beneficial for the leaders & organization?
Industry & Professional connection refers to creating effective connections that are equally
beneficial for both the parties involved in it. The industry & professional network helps in
increasing the connections of the organization. The efficient network of the leaders helps in
creating the more opportunities for the firm. A good connection with these, helps in allocating
more fund for the production process in the organization along with this, it also helps in solving
many barriers coming in achieving the goal of the organization. This connection is maintained by
attending business meetings, conferences and events.

The common four legislation and codes that are common for all businesses are constitutions,
statutes, cases and regulations. These laws are issued by the main branches of the government.
These laws define the set of guidelines has to be followed by each business in order to maintain

the legal environmental. Generating any harm to the legal environment results in the loss of the
business.
2. Why it is important to have a clear understanding of organizational change management for
the business leaders?
The organizational change management helps in knowing the changes that may occur during the
performance of business operations. Understanding these changes from starting helps the
business leader in making decisions regarding mitigating the risk. A proper analysation of this
enables the business leader to take appropriate decision for solving the issues arises from the
changing environment.

success of the organization. The leaders perform various function in order to increase the
