Executive Summary
This main aim of this study is to evaluate the skills of leader. This report evaluated that different
theories related to leadership theories and concepts. The leader is a person who plays a diverse
role in the team hence the leader is an essential part of the firm. A team leader of the firm is
liable to meet the task of the firm by the support of their followers. Leadership is determined as
skills, which is used to lead the particular team of people in the context of meeting the
organizational task. In recent time, I directed 25 members of the people who are working in the
communications section. It is founded that this leadership style could support to comprehend my
leadership skills as well my journey that could be imperative in the attainment of the
organizational task. This report also reflected that action plan is used by me to improve my
leadership weakness.
