This report will covered various topics such as leadership style, management practices, and leadership strategies that help to achieve enterprise's goals. This report will also covered vision and mission of leadership that gives ideas how leadership can be achieved. LO3 Leadership, management and development of people Leadership is the process of attracting people or subordinates to get work done by employees in order to achieve company's goals. Moreover, this is all about developing people and helping others to complete objectives. Leader is person who shows path to employees and guide how to complete the task(Buzo, 2018).In a Naked wine company leader set the organisation goals and assign job to employees in order to complete the task at certain time. Naked wine is UK based company founded by Rowan Gormley on 1 December 2008. this is online wine retailer industry that provides wines at retailer prices to its customers. It focuses on customer needs and wants and produce that kind of material. It works as on social network principles through digital business that helps to encourage customers to review its products online and interact with company online in order to sale number of products. This apply a model in may 2011 that was advanced purchasing model was changed to a direct purchasing from Naked market place through online system. Its main purpose is to increase the productivity with the help of employees and make a profitable organisation. It provides training to its employees to accept the challenges at market place and provide support to achieve goals. Management is different from leadership that involves planning, directing, staffing and controlling the performance of an enterprise and employees.
