Answers for task 2
After taking the feedback, I come to know several things about me. The most important thing
is that I come to know about my strength and weaknesses. The weaknesses therefore can be
eliminated by preparing personal development plan. The major weakness has been found in
my technical part and in my communication skill on personal level.
Your past and background
From my past background, I can say that I have learnt several things and some basic
guidelines. I learnt how to give respect to others and how to talk with different persons with
different personalities. In order to grow myself more, I have chosen this subject. I have learnt
so many things and current learning in order to become a better person in future. I personally
believe that a person is effectively required to work on their communication skill which is
most important to gain the attention of other people.
Short term and long term plan
1. IT skills: I have observed that the growing information technology plays a significant
role in monitoring system of health care organisation. My plan is to learn different skills such
as communicating, gathering knowledge and data collecting. In the world of technology, I
believe that it is necessary to work on technology learning from now so that it will become
easy to work on innovative technologies in future while working in future.
2. Negotiating policy: It is true that negotiating skill in the health care organisation is
necessary. Team members are required to negotiate with their schedule to monitor the
condition of patient.
3. Presentation and communication skills: workers effectively need presentation skills in
order to communicate with the patient. Presentation skill is also requiring so that patient
come to know about their disease easily. On personal as well as professional level, I come to
know that communication skills are required.
Opportunities that are available to me now and in future
Presently, I have the opportunity to develop my communication skills a leader by ensuring
communication with different people. In future also, I will enhance my leadership style by
implementing the diverse leadership style that I am learning now. I also have the opportunity
to eliminate the difficulty for cultural barrier by ensuring close interaction with the different
cultural group. In future, I will have the opportunity to work in different companies.
