The good leadership trails or the skills are responsibility for the training and development along with the modification in the culture of the organisation.Beside this in an organisation the leadership consist of some contemporary issues. Moreover, the issues are mention in a manner which are as follows: Gender issues: The leadership style is dynamic, therefore updated as per the atmosphere requirement. The gender issue consist that how women and men leader monitor the function of the management at working place. nowadays it is very essential issuer to highlight in the field of the leadership (Harris, and Jones,2018). As per the sources there is difference between the leadership styles. The women are interactive and more focused on the participation and interactive approaches for the leadership effectiveness.The men are preceded directional and analytics' leadership skills. It is analysis thatmale leaders have good inter personnel skills as compared to the female . Women are less orientated than men when it comes tolead or mange the elementsof management. The society give more preferences to the male over female (Huffington,James, and Armstrong,2018). Because of this issue the organization is not able to deliver positive
cultureamongthepeoplesworkingwithinthefirm.Theemployeesoftheorganisation demotivated and not able to deliver the perfect qualityof works in order to satisfy the consumers. Due to democratic style of leading the people by the female increase creativity in the production and deliver multiple opinions. Cultural issue: In the cultural issue the employees of the organisation is not satisfied with the atmosphere. The culture consist of both positives and negative. It is the most important issue to resolve in the organisation.Negative culture of the organization demotivate employees of the organization. The issues are arises because the leader are not able to deliver proper ethical value to the workers. Sometimes it took place due to feedback delivered to staff members by the mangers which includes pros and cons. The negotiation of the asset of the company in decision-making programme. Strict nature of the manger pressurize the employees which result in downfall in quality commodity provide by the organisation (Inceoglu, et.al 2018) . The less empowerment rights to the people working in the firm lead to the hesitation in taking responsibility on the behalf of the company. The discriminating nature allow the workers to quite the job or not job continue the job roles for long period. Furthermore, it leads to lack of coordination and connectivity among the peoples. The bad communicational culture led to misunderstanding among the people because of which the members' dint cooperate with the colleagues. The dominating culture not allow the subordinate to perform the function in their own ways and not able to innovate creativity in the production process.The male leaders generally prefer to adopt bidding and powerfulness styles, which give the feeling of being liability to the workers. Empowerment issue In the empowerment leader of the organisation assign different duties to employees of company. It leads to various issues under the leadership programme as the leader perform various activity for the organisation. In the empowerment the organisation give freedom or authority and skills to perform the task. Increasing the scale of competition in the workplace among the workers. As every employee of the organisation desire to acquire adequate powers to lead the others. Empowerment bring changes in the behaviours and attitude of an individual person. In this issue the members of the organisation are not agreed with the decisions of the manager. The issue arises due to the chain of members who are not prepared for the challenges allotted to them. Lack of group management the manager face the conflicts among the people who are serving the firm. Due to group management issue the leader face many difficultiesas it is hard to convenience every member of the organisation in a particular situation. Because of this issue the production is also decreases as the manger are not able to manage all the functions of the organisation. It is the most common issue come under the leadership programme (Northouse, 2021).The training and development activity are assigned to the employees is not sustainable to the workerwhich lower the production of the organisation. The modification in the activity of group people lead to the mismanagement in the organisation.The leaders of the organization provide training to the employees which make them interactive. Lack of accountability Sometimes the manager of the organisation is not able to deliver proper responsibility in the organisation. Because the manager of the firm handle lots of function at once (Offermann, and Foley, 2020). When the manager of the organisation gets distracted from the leading role in the firm that individual person is not able to chive the goals of the organisation. The members of the company are not cable of solving the issues of the consumers as no one is answerable which decrease the value of the fir. Due to fear of the employees didn't take any initiative or contribute in decision making which do not bring any creativity in the enterprises. the leader is conscious about firing the employees of the organisation as they serve the organization for such a long period. The employees of the institute make mistakes on regular bases. The workers set their mind-set if being fired and lead to stress because for that. Poor execution Because of this the organization is not able to hire the right people for the right role of job which is necessary to survive in the marketplace (Paais, and PATTIRUHU, 2020). Many of the time the manager of the organization failed to execute the plans of action an adequate manner or a way. The poor execution decrease the value of the brand and unable to survive in the market. Due to poor leadership skill the employees are not become productive or not work in required forms. The working people are not able to satisfy the needs of the organisation as well as regular customers. Recommendation The organization improves the performance of the workers by providing proper briefing to them. It is very important to resolve the issue for the benefits of the organisation. The issues can be resolve in various ways which are mention below. By utilizingthe motivational theories,the leader can encourage the employees to contribute equally in the production of the organization (Cote, 2017). The leaders of the organisation guide each and employees equally. The leaders can adopt the tools and techniques as per the requirement not as per the gender.
Themembersoftheorganizationshouldinteractiveinordertosupportthe subordinates for the company. The manager of the workplace can organize different curriculum activates for the employees. The manger should provide feedbacks on regular bases to improve the quality of work for the further growth (Pawar, et.al 2020). The employees should take initiative without any fear to bring creativity in the organisation. The employees of the firm should be treated as the asset rather than liabilities of the firm. The leaders or the members should be answerable to the issues face by the workers. Responsible person should address the issue of the company. In order to resolve all the issue related to the customer the manger should work on the reviews of the customer because of that the employee able to build the reputation in the marketplace. Thepropertraininganddevelopmentprogrammesistobedeliveredtothe employees, so they can enhance their knowledge and skills. The plans of action should be formulated or deliver in manner that execution took place in an effective way. The strategy are executed with proper understanding so the company become capable of acquiring unique place in the market. Through the various activity the manger should increase the communicational skills and manage the group in a favour of decision. The manger should make concern on the personal as well professional issue, so they can reduce the stress of particular person and provide effective services in the marketplace. The power of managing the function should be delivered to the employees, so they can increase their work efficiency (Schoemaker, Heaton, and Teece, 2018). The leader should utilize the immense number of skills for providing positive culture in the organisation.
