Advantages: It helps in minimising the time of leader which
is to be required in taking decisions towards the
implementation of changes.
Disadvantage: It is ineffective because it decrease the inputs
from employees in their decision-making process.

Conclusion
It has been summarised from the above report that changes in
the business strategies and operations impact on the
organisational activities and decisions. Mainly two factors
like internal and external environmental aspects have huge
impact on the organisational strategies. As SWOT as well
as PEST analysis have been analysed by the business for
identifying the influences of both factors.
