Dennis has dealt with the situation very professionally as Muilenberg's has accepted the
fault and also shown the reason which has proved as a big reason in occurrence of the accident.
Dennis has also given the good and positive sign toward the employee that the organization
believe in them and they are the best employee which any organization can have. Muilenberg's
has also shown the sympathy toward the family of the people who have mate with accident
(Gottfredson and Aguinis, 2017). The brand of the Dennis has been also affected due to this has
the government report has shown that their was some sort of the default in the functioning and
the company was having the idea of the same but not have taken any step to improve the same.
Dennis has said that it was the firm fault and the firm will improve the same to be as competitive
as the firm was in past which has safeguard the brand of the Dennis as Dennis has shown the
initiative to improve.

Competitor are the one stakeholder who will be most happy with the way Dennis has
dealt with the situation and what is presented by the government. Competitor can use different
marketing policy to attract the customer of the Boeing toward their brand as there is uncertainty
in the mind of the customer toward the Boeing. Employee are the other stakeholder which will
be happy with the way Dennis as the company has saved and safeguard the employee of the
company by showing trust and believe toward them (Gottfredson and Aguinis, 2017). Investor
and the shareholder are the two stakeholder which will be not happy with this type of handling as
accepting the fault will certainly reduce the goodwill of the company which will affect the
wealth of the stakeholder as there is a monetary interest of them in the organization performance.
All the stake holder will be having the different thought as all the stakeholder will
behaving the different level of the interest in the organization function and all of them used to

As the government show that the engineer has warned the company in past also but as their was
no interest is shown by the Dennis no action is taken by the company. The ethical leadership has
also increased the cost of the company has this leadership requires the proper and systematic

(Shapiro and Stefkovich, 2016)..

Proper training to employee and the pilot need to be done by the organization as in the
current situation the organization used to provide the training to the required pilot only, not to all
the employee in the organization to reduce the cost of the company in the long run of the
business. Boeing and Dennis has to make sure that all the organization are motivated and are
keen to adopt the changes by the way of the training. Dennis has to develop the supportive nature
in him as at the time of the training there is a séance of the uncertainty in the mind of the
employee as all the employee are not able to cope up with the change (Yu and et.al., 2015).
Dennis also has to make sure that the Boeing is regularly evaluating the market and try to find
out the change which is need in the employee and on the basis of the finding the organization
used to provide the training to the employee so that the employee are ready with all set of the
skills to dealt with the current situation.

brought by the Dennis in their working as Boeing was just focusing on the investment and

also have to develop the motivation skill in himself so that he can motivate the employee to bring
the new and innovative idea so that at the time of the difficult situation employee can easily

that Dennis has to develop the two skills in him to improve the leadership skill in himself, the
skills are accountability and delegation. Accountability will help the Dennis in improving the
efficiency of work in the organization as it will make all the employee accountable to complete
the task on time and report to the individual which has been assigned to the employee
(Gottfredson and Aguinis, 2017). Delegation will help the Dennis in providing the right task to
