Behavioural theory states that leader can be made and it complete
opposite of Great man theory. In addition to this, successful leadership
is based on the effective learning behaviour and definable.

MANAGERIAL GRID MODEL
This model was designed five different leadership styles. Further, these
approaches were a relationship between a manager's concern for people,
production as well as his motivation. So this motivation dimension gives
underlying motive to become successful leader in the organization.
