Also,report involves the approaches, tools and techniques which support the change process. MAIN BODY Factors which influence change in Pisam Health organization As per the studies, it has been observed that there are varieties of factors which influence thechange(ChangeManagementinHealthcare–TheBiggestChallengesandHowto Overcome Them, 2020).Change is described as a process of transformation, that can facilitate organization by improving services and increasing productivity.It has been found that various factors that canmotivate to prevail change in Pisam Health Organization are considered as shortageof workforce, lack of motivationof employees, patientcooperationand Patient sociology-demographic variable(Augustsson and et. al., 2019).According to the study, quality is determinedto be predominantpart of individual'slife nowadays and individualsmay constantly look for quality of services within health care sectors(Change Management in Healthcare – The Biggest Challenges and How to Overcome Them, 2020). Externalfactorssuchassocial,technical,economic,governmentpolicies,cost of resources and technology that can also motivate change within health care sectors.(Augustsson and et. al., 2019)In which, political factors are the factors which are governed by government regulations and National Quality Standard(Augustsson and et. al., 2019). The government
introduced new advancements in policies which highly aims on the improvement in quality of services and prevention of diseases. New advancement of policies influences changes in Pisam Health organization positively(Augustsson and et. al., 2019). Moreover,internal factors such as change in leadership, union action and other are determined reasons which can derive change which sometime may impact negatively.In some cases, due to cultural difference native languages of patients and health practitioners may differ from each other. In which process maps can help authorities to track the progress of change, ADKAR analysis can be beneficial to promote change. Tools for Change Management In Pisam organization, the considered barriers are inadequate staffing, long working hours of employees and communication gaps within employees(Augustsson and et. al., 2019). These can be minimized by the use of these relevant tools such as communication tools. As a techniques, formulation of Gantt chart and change management plan termed to efficient to expand the efficiency of change within organization. Ways to Improve Quality Studies state that the effective improvement that can be achieved in Pisam health care organization by working in team, communicating with managers and formulating a quality chat for analyses of progress can be utilized to improve quality of services.(Yanamandra, 2018)Also, attaining feedbackpatients can help to improvise problematic areas.
