Leading and Managing Non-profit OrganizationIntroductionThe tern non-profit organizations are concerned with the business entities which areoperating or executing business for some cause rather than profit .i.e. in monetary terms. Thenon-profit organizations can also be termed as the business organization which does not declarethe profits earned and instead of that the revenues earned are utilized after the normal operatingexpenses in service to the public (Renz, 2016). The non-profit organizations can be easilyunincorporated or incorporated. The below presented scenario will be made focused on theanalysis and will be executed on the leading and managing a non-profit organization. The mainobjective of the analysis is to develop approaches and theories which can be implemented by thebusiness entity in the managerial operations and activities. Mission, vision statement of the organizations OXFAMMission and vision statement: The mission and vision statements are the objectives andthe tracks or the path used by the business organizations for attaining the same. Moreover, iffurther discussed the mission statement defines the objectives of a business organization andapproaches adopted to attain those objectives (Bryce, 2017). And a vision statement of thebusiness entity presents the expected or desired future position of the company. The currentmission and vision statement of OXFAM is “Offering the authority for creating sharing ideas andinformation quickly without facing any issues”. The mission statement describes that the firm isengaged in the social cause of mobilizing the power fof poor people so as they can lead their lifeand survive (Bolman & Deal, 2017). WIRESSame is in the case of WIRES, the business entity’s mission and vision statement is activelyrehabilitate and preserving the wildlife of the Australian regions and also stimulating others fordoing the same. “Wildlife rescue, 7 days a week, 365 days a year” is the motto of theorganization (Hopkins, 2017). The mission of the business entity is to offer secure and safeliving conditions to the wild animals. StructureOXFAM Divisional organizational structureThe organizational structure defines the manner in which the business entity has been operatingthe business or is performing (Finkler et al., 2016). Various segments are created under this typeof organizational structure. OXFAM is operating the business under divisional structure.
