3LEADING PEOPLE Introduction: Northouse (2018) said that leadership is the interpersonal influence which is practiced through an effective communication process in terms of encouraging the staffs towards the attainment of organisational objectives.This paper will shed light on the leadership philosophy and its impact on organizational success. In the first portion, both academic and non-academic sources will be analyzed to get relevant information about the leadership philosophy. The second portion will highlight my personal reflection on the way of solving leadership related problem with the assistance of leadership philosophy. It is worthy to note in this context that presently the instructional leadership is playing a critical role in generating the philosophy of the leaders to the followers. Leadership is defined as the way of engaging the staffs together in the pursuit of accomplishing common goals and objectives. Appropriate leadership is one of the major factors of managing the internal functionality of an organization properly by aligning the human resources in a single platform .It is worthy to note in this context that the managers in the firms play the role of the leaders and thereby take proper care leading the followers to the same direction. 8LEADING PEOPLE Reflection on leadership philosophy to mitigate the leadership related issue: Leadership is the key of aligning the employees in a single platform and led them to work towards the common goals and objective. However, there are certain challenges, which are often being faced by the leaders in the way of leading the teams with utmost efficiency (Kutz 2018). Being the team leader, I have faced the issue related to conflict among the team members. In my workplace, I was assigned with the role of leading a team which was comprises of the staff from different background. This is the reason, for which the team members showed conflicting attitude as they opposed in acknowledging my point of view. Moreover, the team members were also lacking clear vision regarding the organizational goals and objectives. Being the leader, it was my philosophy to align the staffs in a single platform. In order to mitigate the issue related to conflict, I have put consistent effort. Initially, I have tried to transform my vision to that of the team members which is one of the major ways of making them feel valuable. Through this way, I have become able to engender positive approach among them. According to the democratic leadership style, it is the prime obligation of the business leaders to take decision by acknowledging the belief and perception of team leaders which is very much needed in terms of keeping the team members satisfied (Ellis 2018). Democratic leadership style is considerate, collaborative and participative which helps the leader to focus on developing healthy working relationship among the team members which is the key of generating positive attitude among them. In order to mitigate this issue of conflict among the team members, I have followed democratic leadership style in order to encourage the followers to take part in the decision making process. By allowing them to take part in the decision making process, I have become able to share my vision with that of the employees which is very much needed to enable them to explore the way, through which the organizational 8

Moreover, with the assistance of the democratic (participative) leadership philosophy, I have also become able to keep the staff motivated. Charismatic leadership is also the best way of generating positive attitude among the followers. The leaders holds the ultimate responsibility of being visionary which is the key of keeping the followers informed about the organizational goals and objectives. According to Charismatic Leadership Style, every leader has big dream which they need to transform to that of the followers for the sake of getting them in a right track (Hallinger 2019). In order to mitigate the conflict among the team members, I have puts stress on maintaining healthy communication with them. Through this way, I have shared my vision with the other and thereby ensure that all the team members are working efficiently towards the same goal. By sharing my vision with m team members, I have become able to generate belief among them which is very much needed in terms of leading them to show positive attitude towards accomplishing organizational goals and objectives. Conclusion: Leadership is one of the most important features in the contemporary times as it supports inguidingthestaffstowardsrightdirection.Leadershipisdefinedastheprocedureof encouraging the actions of the followers and thereby led them to satisfy the organizational goals and objectives.
