Leading Teams in Health and Social Care is described with the support of leadership

The report below is based on the case study of Hannah that really enjoy to manage a team as
by motivating different team members as per based on its roles. In order to make detailed
analysis and deep insight as well as understanding about leadership. As Hannah is initially
started working at a nursery nurse, and as after witnessing care and compassion she provide
stoke to its family member thus decided to work as a social care. In support of this project role of
