proposed varioys agile practices and DMAIC methods of Lean Six Sigma techniques.

Voice of the customer (VOC):
It is the method to capture feedbacks of requirements from customers. This may be external
or internal. This is used to provide customers with the best in a class product or service quality. It is
processed to be proactive and consistently innovative in capturing a change in requirements of
customers with time. It describes states and unstated necessities and customer requirements. It can be
obtained in various ways (Loge, 2018). This includes interviews or direct discussion, focus groups,
surveys, warranty data, customer specifications, complaint logs and field reports and so on.
The voices of customers are needed to be flexible. They have assured customer contact
strategy, and teams have been resilient in scaling up and down peaks and troughs. This has been
