INTRODUCTION
Organization change is the development of an organization starting with one situation
then onto the next. A change in an environment frequently requires change inside the association
working inside that condition (Gupta, Modgil and Gunasekaran, 2020). There are several models

to improve execution by systematically evacuating waste and lessening variety. Topics included

sigma.
MAIN BODY
1. Define the three concepts i.e. Kakushin, Kaikaku and Kaizen.
Kaizen – It is the most well known word by a wide margin. This concept is derive from the
Japanese words 'Kai' which means change and 'Zen' which means great or good. Kaizen with
regards to Lean working is about constant improvement, persevering persistent improvement. It
is generally adopted by a company when they need to conduct lots of smaller changes at their
workplace in order to enhance their work quality.
Kaikaku It is implies with radical/huge change. While Kaizen is about little steady
enhancements, Kaikaku is taking a heavy hammer to a framework/process. This is so because of
the enormous nature and therefore costly nature of these progressions they are ordinarily top-
down choices (Gupta and et. al., 2020). Likewise, Kaikaku will in general be done at a bigger
scope than Kaizen which is commonly executed at the group level.
Kakushin – It is the most questionable one and lean geeks will contend the entire day on its
definite significance. On the off chance that an individual make an interpretation of it into
advancement/change/restoration then they won't be far wrong. Essentially taking a look at what
you are doing now and not in any case attempting to improve it, simply accomplishing
something other than what's expected or radical. Kakushin follows on additional from Kaikau.
