development individual can take a small step towards
boosting efficiency of their role within organisation .

Coaching
Coaching is defined as an essential aspect in which unlocking of an individual talent or potential is being done with
an aim to increase their own level of performance. This will help them in learning rather than educating them. In
simple terms, coaching is the significant facilitation of learning and developing with an objective of make
significant improvement in performance while enhancing efficiency of personal satisfactory . Further according to
the evaluation it has been determined that coaching helps in evaluating new opportunities for future growth.

Self-assessment coaching tool is an effective way through which one can evaluate their weaknesses as well as
strengths. In addition to this, it has been determined that I will also aid in evaluating own leadership skills
through which a person can know self better. Further it has been underlined that this tool will facilitate
individuals to adopt significant changes within their professional and personal skills through which they can

duly identified my coaching challenges as well as strengths. This will further aid me to set my learning goals
