Introduction Learning and development is mainly defined as the conducting various activities for developing the professional skills and training other for developing various capabilities. it is very important to learn and develop various skills and capabilities as to improve the area of expertise for developing better career in the future. This presentation provide details about the self assessment tool. Further, identifying the two development areas. Lastly developing the personal development plan focused on identifying the skills from the assessment tools using the coaching model.
Coaching self assessment tools 1st stage: With the G stage these are the goals which helps in defining the goals to be accomplished by the clients by achieving them. With setting the smart goals as: S -Teaching with developing communication and listening skills. M- acquiring these skills for better performance and feedback. A- for enchaining the coaching classes students experiences. R- for improving the educational practices. T- to achieve in one month.
Continued.. 2nd stage: R- In the step of reality it helps me on defining about my achievement that , taking various steps as for acquiring these goals. asforimprovingtheclientexperiencesanddevelopingbetter educational capabilities for teaching the students in the classroom. I am taking various steps as for improving my skills as of the communication by reading more and more books and exploring the knowledge as to pride the efficient feedback to the student while coaching about various lessons.
