Learning & Development: Key Areas, Coaching Model, and Importance

INTRODUCTION
 Learning and development processes are regarded to be the finest criteria where they are
needed by every individual in the stage of development.
 Whether it be and educational phenomenon or in an organisational entity learning and
development processes are regarded to be the ones that are perennial.
 In the case of academics this learning process will depict the choices that will have to be
inculcated such that a person will be distinguished based on how for they are able to secure
grades.
 In terms of organisational development the individual will have to come up with a strategic
orientation in order to move ahead with the strategic development aspect of the organisation.
 Learning will have to be a continuous state and that will inculcate all the probabilities which
are necessary to be dealt with.

KEY AREAS OF DEVELOPMENT
 Development in this regard as such that I am working as a coach in one of the sports organisation
and I am into dealing with certain circumstances that will bring in an opportunity to learn things as
well as to develop with the orientation that is in regard to the organisation.
 Being a coach is not just a simple task to be moving ahead but an entire responsibility that will have
to be taken care about.
 There are certain areas of development that I will have to identify and predict the changes such that
people will not get affected by the strategies that I maintain.
 In this regard the two areas of development that I have identified based on my personal experience
are communication and leadership.

Communication
 Communication is necessary in day to day existence.
This communication will bring in the right amount of
data as well as information that will have to be
inculcated in the midst of a person.
 Communication is the root cause of every success and
failure.
 Communication will also make things possible and
strategies to achieve. When this is not maintained on a
proper basis it acts as a barrier for one's own personal
development as well as in regard to the professional
development.
