MAIN BODYINTRODUCTIONChange management is one of the important and systematic approach which is used todeal with transition of company's goals, processes or technologies. Main purpose of changemanagement is implementing strategies for controlling change and accepting people to adapt tochange. I as Business Operations Management trainee for GAT INFOS will display changemanagement skills in the present report. Moreover, literature will be reviewed and checklist willbe prepared in order to enhance my change management skills.Implementation of Skill in internship and approach towards management issueChange management is required for attaining proper transition from old system to newone. Staff is also to be encouraged to follow the same so that organisation may achieve goals(Carnall, 2018). I can analyse that when implementing change in the company, planning isutmost essential as it leads to affect overall organisation. The management issue was inefficientplanning for switching from old system to new one. I recognised the issue and approached toresolve by stating whether it is compatible with old system. Moreover, successful planninginvolves delegation and through this inefficient planning was resolved by me. This led to maximise staff's potentials and ultimately increased their efficiency andproductivity. The experience of myself in exercising better approach towards transition from oldIT system to new IT system has helped me to nurtured my skills in effectual manner. The task ofmine was to give suggestion for resolving planning issue in the company which has helped me toattain inner confidence on nurture further in my career. I'm able to analyse the importance ofchange management which imparts appropriate efficiency in meeting organisational goals ineffective way.Literature ReviewAccording to Raineri (2011), change management guides to prepare, equip and supportindividuals to successfully adopt change for providing more efficiency to organisation. Thechange management consists of individual change management, organisational changemanagement etc. Individual change management requires understanding how people approachtowards change and what they need to change successfully (What is change management?.1
