1. Identifying three ways of demonstrating high standard of personal performance in
an organisation?
Personal performance and conduct play a major role in strengthening organisational
productivity, which is very much needed to attain competitive advantage (Firsov et al.
2019). The ways, through which high standard of personal performance can be
demonstrated are as follows:
Consultation with the stakeholders in decision making process. It is important to
ensure that their perceptions are incorporated in final decision.
Showing respectful attitude to the stakeholders at the time of communicating with
them.
Empowering and encouraging the stakeholders to contribute their best towards
organisational success.
2. What actions can be taken to develop and implement effective communication
strategy for representing the organisation properly?
Implementing effective communication strategies is the key of promoting consistent
growth of business. The actions of implementing effective organisational communication
strategy include:
Preparing and delivering presentation. This is the way, through which relevant
message and information can be communicated among both external and internal
stakeholders.
Giving media interview is another major activity of developing robust
communication strategy. Through this way, the external stakeholders can be kept

informed.
Writing press release is also a major communication strategy. This is a written
statement, which is being widely used recently for the sake of offering a range of
information.
3. Why consultation with relevant individuals at the time of decision making is
important?
Consultative or collaborative decision making is the key matter of consideration among the
management of corporate entities. With the assistance of this collaborative decision
making, shared vision among the people can be created. The stakeholders can be
individual, group of people and institutions, who have significant role or interest in
decision making (Stadtler and Lin 2019). Making decision by involving the stakeholders
can have a firm impact on strengthening the fundamental value of decision, which is the
key of attaining long term success from business. By consulting with the stakeholders can
also help in resolving critical business related issues.
4. What strategies can be used to increase commitment among the staffs and
stakeholders to accomplish organisational objectives?
Both the employees and stakeholders are important factor in accomplishing organisational
objectives such as sales target, business goal and performance objective. Thus, it is
imperative to comprehensive strategy, in order to modify the attitude of the staffs and other
stakeholders (Artunç and Guinnane 2019). The strategies are:
Ingratiation
This is a simple strategy, a company can use a motivated employee in terms of improving
the degree of dedication among the staffs and other stakeholders.
Reward

This is the most effective strategies to drive motivation among the staffs to perform their
assigned task with utmost efficiency. The companies should offer the employees and
stakeholders with both monetary and non-monetary rewards to generate commitment
among them.
5. Importance of professional engagement in an organisation.
Strong professional engagement plays a major role in creating positive image in an
organisation as the business image is entirely dependent on the perception among the staffs
and other human resources. Professional engagement is an effective way of creating a
strong network in the organisation and thus build a cordial professional relationship with
that of the stakeholders (Yurnalissa and Maria 2019). Through effective professional
engagement, the organisations become able to access wide ranges of resources, improve
the operational network and thereby accelerate the fundamental value of their business.
6. Outcomes that can establish with business partners.
Partnership can be considered as a circumstance, in which two parties make a business
agreement and thereby same liability and benefit. Effective partnership must involve a
formal agreement and learning system. The outcomes that can be established in the
partnership relationship include:
Increasing the base of the customers
Expanding the business in new domain
Lowering excessive cost of operation
Promoting the products through advertisement
Increasing statistics of sales
