This article discusses the various factors that influence learning styles and their impact on effective learning development. It explores the concepts of visual, auditory, reading/writing, and kinesthetic learners and how they learn in different ways. Learning styles is classified,
defined and identified in different
way. They are considered as overall
pattern which helps in providing
direction to teaching and learning. It
is described as collection of
behaviors, attitudes, factors which
facilitates learning for individual in
any arise or given situation. This is
concept which differ individuals
related to mode of instruction or
study them in effective manner.
Learning style depends on
emotional, environmental and
cognitive factors. This learning style
falls into three parts such as Visual
learners, Auditory Learners and
Kinesthetic Learners. The learning
style idea includes expansive group
which is composed of materials and
accounts for doing
business exercise. This learning
styles helps in developing
various ideas and thoughts for
running business and its
activities in an effective and
efficient manner. All the
individuals have their own way
of learning new and different
things from business
environment.

Repetition- This is the
factors where individual improve
their learning development by doing
work on repetition basis which helps
them to achieve their set goal and
objectives. If an individual keeps on
learning same things then they
become experts in it. Each and every
individual has their own speed and
capacity to learn new things.
Feedback- This is regarded
as critical factors which influence
learning development and is in form
of controlled procedures. Individual
do things on continuous basis if they
get positive feedback whereas
negative feedback leads people to
stop work (What Are Factors That

Correspondence- The
instructor and correspondence helps
in decreasing gap among learners.
The correspondence is seeing by
speaker, teacher, learner and
audience. The critical information is
provided to learner from optical,
websites, newspaper, sound and
others.

relation to the learning
theory

Fleming's Model which is also
called VARK model. There are
four types of learning styles such
as Visual, Auditory,
Reading/Writing Preference and
Kinesthetic which is also called
VARK model (Learning Styles,
2019). Each of them has helps
individuals for learning in
different ways. They are
explained below:
Visual- The learner uses
maps, graphic, images for
understanding and accessing new
information. It is easy type of
learning where learner can easily
learn new and different things. I
can easily learn with such styles as
images, graphics are easily captured
in mind and remain long lasting. For
example, if I have seen image of no
parking so whenever I will see same
image it easily extract to my mind
and I can recognized it.
Auditory- The learner
understands new content from
speaking and listening in various
situations like group discussion and
lecturer. Aural learners use
repetition for study various benefits
and techniques through using of
mnemonic devices. I should listen

and speak to those content which are
required to me for better
understanding and achievement of
positive outcomes. My speaking and
listening skills should be good so
that I can easily capture things which
are heard by me.
Read & Write- In this
learner learn through reading and
writing from words. They present
themselves through note takers or
avid readers and easily translate
through essays and words. With this
learning, I can easily read and write
things which is required for me. In
context scenario, everyone focus on
reading and writing contents as it
also display sign of good
communication. I have to improve
my skills in better manner to achieve
results.
Kinesthetic- Learner
understand information from
tactile representation. They are
considered as hand on learners
and finding best things from
figuring. This is the posture of
body of person. This learning
helps me to perform various
activities such as dancing,
swimming, running and other
sports. It helps me to coordinate
with others and maintain body
timing and space. With such
learning, I can do eye contacts,
provide quick reactions and so
on.
