INTRODUCTION
 In the businesses, the act of transferring of information from
one entity or a person to another for a specific purpose is
termed as business communications
 For these business communications there is a need to be
highly proficient in better communication and communication
techniques
 The role of different learning styles and theories is also very
important as they will provide better ways to learn things
 Hence, the current presentation will going to highlight the
theories and models of learning and communication with their
impact on the effectiveness of the communication practices.

LEARNING MODEL
(VARK)
 There is a model VARK, which
includes visual, aural, kinesthetic
and read and write style of
learning
 The model includes major
learning styles preferred by most
of the people all over the globe
 This model is created in 1987 by
Neil Fleming Christchurch to
make the effective model of
learning

LEARNING STYLES
VISUAL – this styles includes learning through visual platforms and objects around us like
graphs, videos, pictures, charts and other multimedia elements
AURAL – direct communication, listening's, aural debates or discussions or seminars are the
best example of aural learnings. This type of learnings are widely used from initial learning
stage till the end
KINESTHETIC – try and error, experiments, role plays, solutions to problems are some
examples of this type of learnings
READ AND WRITE – in schools, from textbooks, manuals, printed handouts etc.

capabilities
 Since there are different types of styles that can be used in the
learnings, hence there is a great impact of these learnings

and effectiveness in the overall performance of an individual
 In addition to this, pursuing an appropriate styles will help in
reducing the complexities of the personal as well as
professional life’s
