INTRODUCTION
Learning refers to the development of students by change in behaviour of the students, as
per the requirements of changing business environment. Teaching refers to the learners
engagement with teacher to acquire the concept, understanding and knowledge on particular
topic. Learning and teaching is a process which comprises of different variables. Learners will
interact with these variables to achieve the goal of the organisation and enhance skills,
knowledge and behaviour. This project file comprises of diversity in school, consequences and
impact of good diversity on people (Alexander and Giarraffa, 2021). In addition to this
recommendations on issues related to ethics and social values and adoption of new diversities
agenda of inclusion also included in this project. Challenges regarding winners and losers also
considered in this project. The main aim of teaching authority is to enhance the performance of
teacher as well as student, and the current objective is to develop new plans and policies to
achieve the prescribed goal learning and teaching.
School need to focus on the diversity, and examine their consequences and impact of
management on diversity and refer past and present diversity position.
Focus on diversity: Education programs or classroom learning is fruitful for both teacher
and students. There are various dimensions of diversities are: language, culture, religion, gender,
physical and mental ability, sexual orientation, immigration status, ethnicity, race and class. It is
basically refers to difference between various peoples, it also offers both challenges and benefits
to educators as well as students. High secondary school need to focus on the different aspects of
diversities, as to compare different students on the basis of their culture, language, performances
and so on (Bauer, 2020). The positive impact of diversity is : It improve the intellectual
engagement, skills related to problem solving and academic skills. The negative impact of
diversity is: segregation, involvement in new groups hampers their performance and same
culture people do not feel motivated due to increase competition between them.
Consequences of diversities: It refers to the diversity in school and create problem
related to communication and resistance to adopt changes prevail in dynamic business
environment, as they are familiar with the current way of performing task.
People resist to adapt changes: When school start adopting diversification, some
students and teacher resist adapt changes occurred in social and cultural environment. It is very

crucial to address issues related to diversities, before student resist to adopt changes (Carden,
2018).
Outdated policies: It is one of the foremost challenge for recently diversified schools, as
they need to develop policies, inclusive and welcoming those policies of fulfilling
communication gap for diverse students to achieve success.
Strategies: There are several strategies to adopt the diversification are: assessment of
diversity earlier, be inclusive and apply the diversity with policies and leadership.
Teacher: Each teacher need to implement new policies and and support the diverse
students. If schools do not adopt diversification then they miss many opportunities.
Impact of management on diversities:
Management of the organisation need to adapt to diversified culture, as to grow in the
dynamic business environment. Management diversification is a sensitive topic for each
organisation as they need to deal with people. Effective management of diversification practices
helps in hiring best people and acquire opportunities of diversified culture. People belongs to
different cultures and background tends to apply their efficiencies to perform the task of the
organisation (Castro and Tumibay, 2021). People have different knowledge related to their
culture, so they can apply these skills in developing business strategies. Employee should
involve in decision making process, as they feel motivated when they involve in strategies
related to decision-making. If they are not involved in the decision-making than it will have
negative impact on the performance of the organisation.
Refer the diversity position of past and present:
Diversity related to past is based gender diversity with many employers feel that women
has equal rights according to male. It is always a big concern that equality and gender diversity
will always remain important at workplace. It was realised by the employees that cultural
diversity play an important role to brought important benefits. Employees feel more motivated as
they can work according to their culture and perform task with most efficient manner.
Diversity related to present is based on the various benefits to employees to develop
organisational development as well as individual development (Connell, 2021). Now a days
organisations put their focus on the culture and develop the environment of learning from each
other. People belong to different cultures in an organisation, so they need to coordinate their
efforts and learn from different people.

To provide recommendations on ethical issues and social values like inclusion, cultural
capital and digital poverty.
Recommendation on ethical issues:
The issues related to business occurs when a activity, decision, scenario conflicts with the
firm and ethical standards related to society. There is a process to address the issues related to
ethics. First identify the problem, then gather reliable data, then identify the requirement of issue,
then compare issues with strategies, then identify the power and control, then identify what is in
control and what is out of control, next step is to identify resources, develop possible
consequences (negative and positive), develop plan and policies related to requirements and at
the end take the corrective action to deal with the issues related to ethics. Each organisation need
to follow the above series of steps to deal with the issues related to ethics. OFSTED(Office for
standard in Education, Children's Services and skills) report is also taken into consideration to
improve standard of living and deal with the ethical issues. Their main aim is to provide
education to all ages people and provide best opportunities to everyone (Gorbunova and Hiner,
2018). They also regulate and inspect services related to care of children and young people. By
this report ethical issues of the firm can be sorted.
Recommendation on social values: The values related to society are those criteria shared by
majority of people to lead them as best society. Values are helpfulness, honesty, sedulity and
modesty.
 Inclusion: The term inclusion refers to the acceptance of society by the people, having
positive interactions with different people include (student and teacher). The most
important value developing best working environment to grasp the varied offers in
respect to bring entire and reliability of the work. When people or students accept the
changes prevail in the dynamic business environment, they feel more inspire for their
work, as the changes provides them extra benefits to the people.
 Cultural capital: The term cultural capital refers to the acquire the skills, knowledge and
behaviours of person to demonstrate social status and competences related to one's
culture. In other words it refers to the capital of culture that comprises of intangible
resources and that have effective impact on success and social mobility (Hamburg, 2021)
.The skills that are developed by various individual creates a effective work culture and

everybody feel motivated as their suggestions are taken into consideration and get the
holidays according to their cultural festivals.
 Digital poverty: The term digital poverty is a growing issue in United Kingdom due to
pandemic situation occurred in 2019. It mentioned that many families has one mobiles
phone so students will not be able to learn at the same time. They need to purchase
separate mobile phones for everyone to learn during the COVID situation. It creates
hurdle for the poor families as they are unable to afford separate mobile phones for each
member of the family.
 Justice: The term justice refers to fair treatment between various people in the
organisation. They should get fair remuneration, rights of employment and equlity on the
basis of gender, caste and religion.
To recommend the schools to implement agenda of inclusion and new diversity.
Recommendation to schools to implement inclusion agenda
Inclusive and quality education enhance the learning opportunities for everyone. It
requires transformation of education for the effective accessibility, attendance, participation and
achievement of all the students. The implementation of education which is inclusive in nature
comprises of various plans, support, supervision and guidance of local institutes of education,
evaluation and monitoring the performance of students as well as teachers of the secondary
education school. There is technical innovation and use of new and upgraded technology provide
benefit to the person's inclusion. The situation of pandemic provides and opportunity to
educational institutions for development of new solutions, rethink and reorganise the education
and apply the education which is inclusive in nature for the people with special needs (Moore
and Taylor, 2019).
The people who are unable to stand on their legs, deaf, unsound mind and blind require special
type of education. The above recommendations widely focuses on the student inclusiveness with
disabilities, as they can develop new strategies to provide benefit to all the diversified cultures of
the society.
There various recommendations to build the education system which is inclusive in nature are:
 Target support on autonomy and independent living.
 Involvement of people in decision-making.

 Provide information to the person's which are specially abled and tell their rights to their
families.
 To access the material of education and innovative technologies, subtitling and
assessment of technologies to facilitate the communication.
 To involve independent bodies to direct the rights of various people with disabilities in
context to education.
 Provide reasonable arrangements to all the structures of education.
School of secondary education need to adopt both inclusion and new diversities to enhance the
overall performance of students and teachers of particular education institute.
Recommendation to schools to implement new diversities
Schools should implement new diversities to understand each students strength, ideas and
unique experience of classroom.
 Better thinkers build in classroom by diversity:
Diversity in the classroom educate the students to appreciate various perspectives and make best
conclusion out of it. By setting challenging task also help to interact with different people.
 Academic outcomes are enhanced by implementation of diversities:
Best performers can develop a high level of achievement on the standardised scores of test. It
also examined that it increases the satisfaction of students and reduce the percentage of drop outs
(Suresh, Vishnu Priya and Gayathri, 2018).
 More students included in new diversities:
In the diversified classrooms students feel safe and less lonely. They like to stay with different
students, as to develop their performance. Students can learn various languages and strategies of
other students by including more and more students in the new diversities (Sutton, 2019).
 Inequalities can be addressed:
Students were not discriminated on the basis of caste, culture and region. They are treated
equally and get fair amount of treatment from their teacher. All the students studies in particular
class do not discriminated and provides same benefits to everyone (Norsworthy, Dowden and
Luetz, 2018).

 It connects with the community as well as parents:
Goals can be communicated to their parents, so that they can feel more benefited from
diversification. Parents also know the performance of their child and provide guidance if student
is not performing well in the class.
 It meet the learning needs which are diversified in nature:
Learning needs can be measured by the diversification by adaption of new technologies,
encouraging teacher to use various strategies of teaching and monitor all the students that they
are involving in discussion in classroom and other curricular activities. When they adopt
diversified culture they will able to perform their most critical task in effective manner, as they
can discuss their problem with another person who has proficient knowledge in that particular
sector.
To examine the challenges faced by winners and losers in the game of learning.
Challenges faced by winners in the learning game:
Knowledge, time and money required by learning game to build effective structure. Some
universities and colleges will not have time and resources to conduct educational games in the
organisation. There are various software's and hardware's used to create the games. The
organisation which has long term goals need to conduct these games by utilizing the resources
effectively. Winner of the games will not get the chance to participate in these games, as it
demotivate the losers. Winner always provides the chance to losers and he/she need to sacrifice
on their part. Winners of the game also face several challenges as they were blamed for the step
taken by losers (Nygren, 2019). It create a drastic challenge for winners of the game, they will
not like to win due to drastic step of loser. Students always like to stood first in the class so they
put their all steps to make their position in the class. It dissatisfies the looser and resulted bad
performance.
Challenges faced by losers in the game of learning:
The people who always lose the game, feel demotivated and inefficiency on the part of winning.
They will not get the chance to take participate again, as they looses the game. By this is can be
examined that looser become loser and due to loser winner can not examine their strategies
regarding the game. In context to school: Students feel demotivated when they stood at last or
got lower ranks. It reduces their motivation level as they are not able to perform according to

other students (Nygren, 2019). They feel demotivated and sometimes attempts suicide, due to
their low performance. These challenges should be evaluated by teacher or parents before they
take any step. Teacher set the condition to all students, those will complete all the assigned work
effectively they will get the chance to participate in various learning games. When they reach
school they need to complete the homework and all presentations to take participate in the
learning games, if they will unable to complete the homework and presentations then they cannot
participate in the games of learning conducted by educational institutions.
CONCLUSION
From the above project it has been concluded that school need to focus on the diversity. Impact
and consequences of good diversities is clearly explained in the above project. Each concept
have some positive and negative impact, likewise diversities also comprised of positive and
negative impacts. It also include the present and past position of diversity to learn the techniques
of modern education. Some recommendations are also provided to increase the performance of
students as well as teacher of the particular institute of education. Ways to fulfil the social values
and recommend on the issues related to ethics like inclusion, justice, digital poverty and cultural
capital is explained in the above report. Some recommendations are also provided on the basis of
implementation of new diversities and inclusion agenda. It also comprises of various challenges
faced by winners and losers in the game of learning.

Learning is the continuos process which increase the potential of the individual and result
in change in human life and performance of the individual will increase in future. It also increase
the knowledge and understanding of the individual and helps in gaining new skills. Education
play important role in learning more efficiently. In this project the digital learning and artificial
learning will be discussed. Digital learning means the learning with the help of the technology, in
this students learn from different digital platforms and artificial intelligence meaning it helps to
make classes available for all students globally according to convenience of the students. The
main aim of this project to describe how digital learning and artificial intelligence helps in
humans learning effective and their scope in future.

Artificial intelligence is being developed to increase the effectiveness of the humans
along with this it also enhance the working speed and learning speed of the students. This

technology has been developed to solve the problem of students of learning. It provide the
facility to the students to learn 24/7 from any teacher at any time, at any place.
What is the purpose
The main purpose of AI is to helps students in enhance their knowledge and students can
also improve their learning. With the use of AI the teaching skills can also be enhanced.
What problem it solve
With the use of AI technology teachers can check the students papers much faster and
more precisely by this teachers get more time to work on students for enhance their skills and
knowledge.
Digital learning
Why it is developed
Digital learning is developed to solve the issue of students of learning from one place.
Now students can learn at any from different platforms. It helps students to learn new things
except from particular subjects. Students can learn new skills which help them in better
performance in future.
What is the purpose
The main purpose of the digital learning is to enhance the capabilities of the students and
make them ready better for future. Digital learning can also improve the personality of the
students as it provide so many different types of learning to the students.

AI bring many opportunities in education sector, it develops the efficiency of both
teachers and students. Some opportunities of AI are it help teachers to manage the large data of

AI in enhancing their skills which can be used in future jobs.
Use in corporate and academics
In education sector AI helps to make proper schedules for studies and make learning
customised according to the needs and requirements. Along with this in corporate sector
companies can use AI as software to enhance the efficiency of employees by using latest
processes, enhance sales, improve customer service through consistency and also develop new
opportunities and ideas.
Challenges
AI is become important source for development but educational and corporate sector also
faces challenges in adopting and working with AI. Firstly it requires to spend high cost on setting
up the AI along with this require training for using this technology, security related issues etc.

Digital learning provide the opportunity of online education. In digital learning lessons or
lectures are recorded which student can see any according to their preference and can also see
again it not understood the lecture. Along with this digital learning bring opportunity of

In education students use digital learning to enhance their knowledge and skills
additionally learn some extra apart from syllabus in school and colleges. Learning is a continuos

productivity at the work place.
Challenges
Students should have the knowledge of technology to use the digital learning without
knowledge of technology students are not able to use digital learning platforms along with this
also need computers or laptops for connectivity. Digital learning also focus more on theoretical
knowledge students not able to get practical knowledge from this platform.

learning and artificial intelligence is useful for students it enhance the knowledge and
