In today's world travel and tourism is expanding very much due to the advancement in a
technology which motivate millions of people to travel across the globe. Legislation plays a
very vital role in the travel and tourism sector because it provides appropriate rules and
regulation or norms to conduct all the activities of the travel and tourism. Due to the expansion
in a tourism sector government has amended many more norms and beliefs for effective
working of the sector by considering all the necessary factors to protect the rights and interest of
the travellers. The main motive of the legislation is to prevent their customers from exploitation

and any harm which may arise while travelling.
Contract legislation is the term which shows the legal relationship in between two
parties or it can be states as a legal agreement in between various parties coming into contract
by considering all the applicable or appropriate rules and regulations. According to the contract
legislation every tourist and travel company has to follow some certain or indispensable rules
amended by the government. In fact all the travellers company have some specific terms and
conditions related to contract by pkrishnaroviding effective and useful facilities to their
customers by using appropriate information and data(Dickinson, Lumsdon, 2010). Mainly in
every contract of the travel and tourism consumer has the authority to breach the contract in
case of absence of all the terms and conditions or facilities mentioned in the contract.

contract are:-44 Offer :- Offer is the term which means to offer by the enterprise in front of the customer
