Travel and tourism isa business which provides activity of entertainment and pleasure to visitors and traveller's atdifferent places (Belias and et.al, 2019). This report aims in describing about the legal orregulatory framework of tourism and travel sector. Secondly, analysis of legislation that relatesto equality is done in this report. Further, the unit explains dealing legislation in relation tocustomers of travel and tourism. In more to this, the ethical dilemmas faced by travel & tourismsector is analysed below and the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy of travel & tourismbusiness is identified and discussed in the report.Task-1 1.1)Covered in reflate.Task-22.1)Occupiers Liability Act 1984- This is an act of the United Kingdom parliament, which coversoccupiers' liability for people. The act extends common duty of care to individual as well asvisitors, giving that this responsibility is to be required when employers has completeknowledge. This employer liability bill was introduced to parliament by Lord Hailsham on1983. Main aim of law maker is to regulate tourism industry for its development and growth incountry. Moreover, it can be done by inventing various practices and criteria of travel andtourism sector which also determines rights and duties of an individual who are engaged in it.Further, the security, safety and health legislations are introduced that governs all possibleoutcomes and hazards within the travel industry. The principles are impacted on tour and travelindustry which helps in setting out various responsibilities of workers and employers toinvestigate the hazards and also to report it within the company (de Carvalho, 2017). In additionto this, the legislations also helps in minimizing the risk factors that are raised during the touractivity. Further, both employees and employers play a significant role in maintaining standardof organization's safety. 1

Moreover, the main aim of health, safety and security is to ensure about environment thatis safe or not in order to work with free from danger. It is also duty of operator to provideefficient safety from any loss or danger to their employee's within the industry. According to thetravel and tourism industry, the country's motive is to offer secure accommodation services,healthy food, safe places to travel and many more by assigning duties and responsibilitiesspecifically to the tour operator. The Health and Safety Act (1974) at work helps in setting outrules and regulations in terms of providing better facilities to employee's. Moreover, this law iscompulsory only for employer's while performing their duties towards public and society incountry. Business ethics is the research of industry situation, activities, decision where problemscan easily identify.Further, the law of health and safety commission is reviewed and is kept intoaction whenever it is required during the tour activity.If this laws are not followed and acceptedby travel industry then they can opt for the following:There are codes of practices which are approved in order to comply with the mandatorylaws that impact on principles of health, safety and security legislations. Further, there arefew legal ethics which are a part of its legislations which helps in resolving issues ofcustomer's and employee's. These few ethics and codes are set up for dangerous materialsand working pattern and if broken then it leads to the worker's liability in regards tosafety and health laws.The another option is to make public aware about legislations and also to support themunder health and safety commission act (Drosos and Skordoulis, 2018). Further, they mayalso offer technical direction in respect to legislations and provisions within tour andtravel sector. In addition to approved code of practices, duties are assigned to employer'swithin tourism industry are: Lightening facilities during travel process.Providing first-aid and medical installations.Avoiding risk factors and providing healthy tour packages.There are also duties which are assigned to worker's under the approved code of practices such asPrevent people from any cause of accidents, reporting any hazards and incidents and attendingtraining and meetings.There is also a regulation which impacts on principles of health, security and safety thattour and travel organizations must conduct and provide various training and workshops to2
