The legislation of the following consists of the following acts:
Development of the tourism act, 1969: this act was introduced by
BTA (British tourist authority), the main focus of this act was to
maintain the coordination between the various organisations
involved in the tourism sector. The tourist board of England,
vales, Scotland also follow this act.
Transport acts 1980 & 1985: the licensing laws had been
terminated by the introduction of the act of 1980.

Surface, sea and air transport law
Sea law: the safety and security of shipping is monitored by the
International Maritime Organisation which is formulated by
United Nations. Besides the safety of ships it also helps in
regulating the environmental factors while functioning of the
ships. The International Convention for the Safety of life at Sea
(SOLAS) regulates the various measures like functioning of fire
protection, providing training to crew member of fire fighting,
inspecting various safety measures like the availability of life
saving equipments in the sea craft.

Air law: various kinds of legislations are involved in the air
transport law. The Warsaw convention of 1929, the international
carriage defines under this convention. The passengers travelling
by air, are protected under this convention. Also, the passengers
have a right to claim for the death or any kind of a personal
injury. It is mandatory to carry the tickets by passengers while
travelling. There has to be luggage check performed by the
carriage at the beginning of the journey

Surface law: the surface law is governed by The International
Carriage of Passenger by Road Act, 1979. The passengers that are
on board by the carrier permission are protected by this law. The
remedies to the claim like, physical/mental disorders or damage
on the passengers travelling on the carrier come under this
legislation.
