INTRODUCTION
Legislation is the act or process of commencing any of the new law with the country. It is
necessary because it commences any of the new law within the country, just to maintain the
peace and silence. The most important thing is that legislation is the only whose main role is to
commence any of the new law as per the requirement of situation which arises on regular basis.
In this particular project, various law and regulation will be discussed and they will be related
with equality that should be given to each and every person at any place. Proper investigation
will be done on legislation that how many of the law and regulation are their which has been
commenced by legislative body.

in public services.
There are number of laws and regulation which do commences on regular basis. It is
necessary that all of those laws must be followed as per the given criteria. In this field, the
legislation of UK has been working really well due to which chances of discrimination has been
reduces and every individual are being treated equally and that is one of the positive sign for the
nation. The legislation relating to equality, diversity and inclusion of fair treatment in public
service helps or even protect from discrimination on the basis of age, sex, ethnic, religion,
disability. It has been clearly mention in the law that everyone must be treated equally and for
that number of laws and regulation has been commenced.
Equality Act 2010 is the law which has been enforced just to make sure that people are
not being discriminated on the work place or within the wider society. It is one of the law which
has replaced the number of law such as Sex Discrimination Act 1975, Race Relations Act 1976
and even Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Equality Act 2010: guidance, 2019). If any of the
person is found guilty by breaching the term and condition of equality act, 2010 then legal
actions are being taken upon the person have committed the civil wrong.
Employment Equality Regulation 2003 is among one of the problem which tells each
and every people who work in the premisses of office must be treated equally and they must get
the chance to show their talent. This law says that individual should not be discriminated on the
grounds of religion or belief and sex. This is one of the law which helps to maintain better
