The chosen company for the research proposal is related to Waitrose Ltd., for the growth to work of supermarket, and founded in 1904 as Waite. In 1908, the company named as Waitrose Ltd. Which are related to work and make significant growth in super market and make online shopping. There are more than 52000 employees, which is related to make effective growth in the company and make deal with supermarket industry in retail industry (Marty and et.al., 2021). Research Rationale The main reason for choosing this topic is to analyse suitable changes and make growth for the development process of the company. All of these are helpful for considering approaches and make sure for covering effective techniques and make effective development of the employees for the growth of the company. With the help of this topic, most of the companies can use effective change and growth in the development of the growth for analysing suitable challenges. Research questions What is the role of line management for the improvement in the growth of employee's development within an organisation? What are the different strategieswhich are used by the line manager to improve the growth of employees and make effective personal development? What are the major impact and growth for appraisal done by the line manager for the growth and improvement in development of employees in the organisation? The line manager ensure effective communication that will help in executing established objective formulated by the management of company(O’Donnell, 2021). They help in managing proper resources of company within supervision of effective control( finance, employee timing), this will help employees so that they can accomplish overall objective of company.
