Three mobile application for providing support to business functions are
NetSuite One World: It aims to provide the small and large business with a list of
scalable enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The mobile application helps in managing
the expert reports, business dashboard and security records (Fountas et al. 2015). This particular
application is a one-stop solution for business managment when the employees away from
desktop and laptop.
Click-Meeting: Any people can easily create a video-conference by using their mobile
phone. But there are few meetings which aim to provide improved functionality which is
provided by this software. Click-Meeting on various platforms like Android, Blackberry and
Apple help in scheduling the meeting (Laudon and Laudon 2016). Also, it also helps in
streaming audio and video, sharing of the screen followed by recording all the events. This all
can be done by the help of smartphone.
Zoho CRM: This particular application provides a similar level of functionality like
salesforces. It is completely tied with the rest of the Zoho ecosystem. If people want a proper
CRM system which is tied to the email, document management, email marketing. Zoho CRM
helps the people to easily interact with a customer so that they can improve the business
relationship (Theorin et al. 2017). Using a CRM account, people can reach it through email, chat
and social media. Zoho CRM is helpful to business for organizing and speeding up the sales
strategies by analyzing priorities and sales. Zoho can improve the overall productivity by
automation to achieve data. Zoho CRM aims in synchronization with everything and everyone
which is in contact with future and present customers.

Data can be defined as a collection of different facts and details like figures, observation
or descriptive things. It can be also stated as entity gathered along with a view of information
(Dumais et al. 2016). The unprocessed data comes up with large number of statement and
characters which is refined by researcher. Primary data are of two types that is qualitative data
and Quantitative data while secondary data are of two kinds that is internal and external.
Information can be defined as a form of data which is processed organized with specific
structure that is provided in a particular setting. It merely improves the overall reliability of data
which helps in providing much better understanding followed by reducing the uncertainty. When
the data is completely changed into information then it is free from any kind of unnecessary
details that has some value to researcher (Krajewski et al. 2017). Qualitative data helps in
developing some ideas and conclusion. Information is a group of data which has proper meaning
and news. Data cannot be used for decision making while information is used for decision
making.
Information System aims to provide a combination of organization, management and
technology based elements. For having a complete understanding of information system,
manager need to have understanding with respect to organization, management and information
technology (Tarhini, Arachchilage and Abbasi 2015). Organization dimension of information
system helps the organization in having organization hierarchy, business specialties, political and
culture. Management aspect of information system requires involvement of strategy, leadership
and behavior of management. Information system help in driving the day-to-day operation.
Management makes use of technology like hardware, software and telecommunication for
carrying out their day-to day function.
