INTRODUCTION
In business or in an organisation, the development success refers to the fact which
suggest that how the developmental process and several areas require the need of being
successful in the organisation. For every employee an workers it is very important to have a
successful aspect of the organisation and the motivation to work within.
The business development act includes several functions and departments persona. For all
the individual, there is a need to have an effective improvement in the revenue, sales, the
offering of the products, talent and many other factors. The report is simply based on the skills
enhancement and the developmental process which simply help the growth in the company and
effective services as well. Work and motivation is one of the major and an important factor that
needs some effective and genuine contribution so that there must be a good and effective
motivation for all employees and the effective hard work should be simply recognized. The
major and an effective role in the chosen company is Reckitt Benchiser Group is one of the
British Multinational consumer good company has its headquartered in Slough, England. The
company has been founded in 1814 and the founders are Isaac Reckitt and Jeremiah Colman.
The motivation at work is one of the major and a critical element of a workplace which is
quiet significant and useful. Motivation is an element which simply helps the employees to have
a best ability of work and potential ability so that people can simply work for achieving the
maximum profit. There is a need to select the motivation factor in an organisation and it is quiet
important to have internal, external factors, promotional desire and a significant energy in
individuals (Zehua and Kittimanorom, 2020).
Literature review on Motivation at work
It can be simply suggest that motivation is one of the major factor that needs to be useful
in the job and employees must be well motivated on the basis of serving the organisation more
fundamentally and ethically. Motivation can be simply divided into two types including intrinsic
and extrinsic motivation. The Intrinsic motivation includes such type of motivation that comes
from inside and the extrinsic motivation is simply based on the external factors. The intrinsic
motivation helps in achieving huge profit and gain maximum knowledge. Intrinsic motivated a
completion of the task helps in achieving huge profit and personal growth as well (Rakib, Azis
and Sanusi, 2020).
