Change management is described as the methods through which a company is able to describe
and implements changes in internal as well as external processes. It helps ijn successful adoption
of change within business activities. It allows the employees to understand and agree for the shift

requires any further improvements that have occurred due to change management within
the establishment.
Planning: Without efficient planning, no manager is able to introduce effective change

efficient planning in order to maximise the staff potential to adopt such changes and
ultimately their efficiency as well (Sandström, G.Ö., 2017).
Setbacks: Managers have to be very well prepared with back-up plans in order to make
their changes in most appropriate manner. Managers can never presume that their plan
will work without any issues; they have to believe about the problems that may occur
