LO2 Evaluate the influences that drivers of change have on organisational behaviour. Forces for ChangeForce Field Analysis was created by Kurt Lewin in the 1940s. As a social psychologist, Lewin originally used it in his practice. But it is also used today in industry, to make and communicate go / no-go decisions. The premise behind Force Field Analysis is that an equilibrium between forces that push change and those that resist change maintains situations. The driving forces must be enhanced or the resisting forces weak, in order for progress to occur.
