This undergraduate major project integrated case study explores the service inefficiency of Loch Fyne, a premium dining restaurant and pub, and investigates talent management strategies to improve employee performance and organizational effectiveness. The search strategy includes both database and search engine methods, with a focus on keywords such as efficiency, talent management, coaching, and personal development. The preliminary findings suggest that talent management strategies are crucial for the sustainable growth of the company, and the research draws on both quantitative and qualitative sources, including peer-reviewed articles, journals, and books. The Harvard references include five quantitative sources, five qualitative sources, and three websites.
